Computer Overheating — Is This Too Hot?

I downloaded this program at the suggestion of my school’s tech help desk, and it says my temperature is 76*c and 92*c. I don’t know why there are two values, but that’s WAY too hot, isn’t it? All I was doing was looking at youtube videos.
I have a lot of space left on my laptop because I bought an external hard drive.
The program is called “mobile meter.”
